Returns & Refunds Policy



This Returns and Refunds Policy explains how we handle returns and refunds for our products. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we will do our best to address any issues you may have.


Perishable goods such as food cannot be returned unless there is a documented health and safety issue in compliance with Island Health. 


Returns & Refunds


Except as otherwise provided in these Terms, or as is required by law, all purchases of Services are non-refundable and non-returnable. Subject to (a) the terms applicable to your selected payment processing method, and (b) applicable law, you are solely responsible for any unauthorized, fraudulent, or erroneous transactions related to your use of our website and/or your receipt of the Services.


Cancellation of Weekly Meals & Event Tickets

We do not offer refunds on prepaid meals or event tickets upon cancellation by the customer under any circumstances. We base all of our perishable supply orders a month in advance on the bookings we receive when received. No exchanges or credits will be issued.
